Joy HR is the new player in the HR consulting business in the Tampa Bay area and we are looking to make a difference. Joy HR Services is a minority owned business and was born out of a sheer desire to assist small and medium sized businesses achieve their human resources goals. We saw a need to offer HR services because of all the small businesses that did not have the resources to hire their own internal staff to address their HR needs. These needs included help with payroll, recruiting, training, employee complaints and investigations, and reporting.
What we found was that most of the businesses had nowhere to turn for help except a PEO. We found out that they were all working on a limited budget with very few resources to lean on. After carefully weighing these situations, Joy HR Services was born. We came along and started offering affordable HR consulting solutions to help small and medium sized businesses fill those gaps in their HR needs.
Our HR consulting staff works in partnership with managers and their teams, with individual employees, and with other groups to provide programs and services that create a work environment of employee empowerment and involvement in the business.
